Bachelor of Science ( Physics, Cum Laude, GPA 3.5041/4.0 upon graduation ).
Instructed physics laboratory for four years, plus public speaking
training. Minor in Japanese language ( 33 hours over 5 years, emphasis on
writing skills ). Additional graduate-level study in Computer Science ( 19

Researched and developed techniques and experiments in "Multi-modal"
interaction with computer interfaces, being the sole VB programmer on most
projects in which I was involved. Conducted successful experiment designed
to test countermeasures aimed at stopping simulator sickness, mainly while
wearing VR-headsets. Project is now being furthered at the Univerity of
Washington at Seattle. Delivered a complete audio "suite" for the RAVE
project. [ Reactive Acquisition of Vocabulary Elements ] This project
required thousands of sound files of spoken word in Russian, two types
of Chinese, English, and Portuguese to be to created in a sound studio,
mastered, and organized in a logical fashion. The RAVE project successfully
tested new concepts teaching foreign language technical terms and
same-language vocabulary in learning disabled subjects. The project is
now being marketed by a separate team in the commercial arena.
